About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator to join the Global Payments and Liquidity (GP&L) Control and Process Monitoring Team, within Frontline Risk Execution. The position will support the execution of QA activities for GPL, as well as support around the QA program.
In this role, you will:- Execute Quality Assurance Reviews on underlying Controls and process, including reviewing for accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Execute sampling processes to identify (and potentially assign out) the population in scope for review
- Partner & calibrate with peers both Stateside and within WFI&P
- Calibrate with the businesses being supported by the QA activities
- Execute Second Level Reviews on QA activities completed within the team
- Assist with procedure review and updates
- Assist in completion of the QA dispute process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of Global Payments and Liquidity experience
- Experience executing Quality Assurance Controls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ServiceView and/or systems-or-record
- Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, and/or PowerBI
