About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking two Business Execution Consultants to serve in a change owner role coordinating and leading implementation activities supportingUnsecured Lending Operations (ULO).
In this role, you will:- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of projects and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) business knowledge and experience
- Experience with Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) systems including Fiserv/FDR, Shaw, CACS, and ECaR
- Strong problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management execution skills
- Ability to plan and organize cross-functional work
- Strong business partner relationship skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with Change and Project Management
- Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
- Ability to adapt during times of ambiguity and change
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
