Job Description
Be on the technology and supply chain forefront for the Manufacturing and Operations team within Supply Chain Operations. As the regional factory Program and Product Manager, you will be the product management interface with the regional manufacturing partners and support the balance of the Manufacturing and Operations team. In partnership with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, Data Center Operations, and your Operations Program Management peers you will lead the external manufacturers to meet the rapidly growing and changing demands of our customers. Success requires a well-rounded leader who can navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization, and capable of both strategic and deep tactical engagement as appropriate. You will need to be a self-starter, communicate effectively, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo.
This role will require on-site interaction with our EM/CM partners in the region. We are focused on bringing new products to market and sustaining high quality throughout the lifecycle in a way that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Be the lead interface from a program and product perspective into our suppliers in the region.
- Work closely with other Program Managers and Design Engineering leads to ensure the suppliers are meeting the needs of the business.
- Drive corrective actions as necessary when excursions happen.
- Ensure the business direction is understood throughout the supplier organization.
- Be the eyes and ears at the supplier to understand what is working and what needs to change to create the most efficient operation.
- Act as an extension of the operation and product teams directly managing the regional factory operations.
- Direct other team members in the region ensuring alignment across the Oracle teams.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree relevant to supply chain operations
- 5+ years of leadership and program management experience in supply chain.
- Highly proficient in PLM tools, BOM structures, and implementation strategies.
- Experience managing external manufacturing partners with a highly complex product portfolio.
- End to End Supply Chain Operations experience through to installation at the customer site.
- Managed products throughout the lifecycle from NPI (New Product Introduction) through EOL (End of Life).
- Attack problems analytically, outstanding business judgement, and an ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
