About this role: Sales Enablement & Integration which is a part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking is seeking a Academy Logistics & Scheduling Consultant. The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives. In this role, you will:- End-to-end logistical management of readiness programs, broadcast calls and skill building workshops
- Coordinate schedules, speakers, communications, tracking participation and reporting on completion metrics
- Manage and coordinate across readiness programs for enrollment of employees, coordinating logistics of routines with SMEs and partners and managing the attendance and call to actions
- Develop and maintain a training calendar based on organizational needs and availability
- Reserve meeting space if applicable, coordinate meeting details, coordinate logistics for virtual or in person sessions
- Speaker & facilitator coordination
- Meeting facilitation - plan, organize and lead hosting for training related training initiatives
- Support the preparation of agendas, take detailed notes and ensure clear communication of meeting objectives
- Attendance management & reporting
- Communication & stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to effectively coach and guide various banker roles and managers, skilled at identifying performance gaps and recommending improvements, and consistently applying their expertise in highly complex situations
- Deep understanding of small business banking products and processes
- 1+ years of experience creating readiness and sales enablement tools, experience with partner referral programs is valued
- Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics and manage educational program details with precision and consistency
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience presenting to and working with Executive Directors and above (satisfies communication)
- Proficient in scheduling and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Project Management experience
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
