To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools.
Fiserv is hiring for a Senior Product Manager of Integrations to join our growing team. This Senior Product Manager will manage and deploy a dedicated team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations associates to ensure restaurant operators have a seamless experience integrating their Clover Hospitality products with third-party platforms in allowing for an effortless exchange of data and functionality. This is a pivotal, high-leverage role that will have a significant impact by expanding our ecosystem, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through strategic partnerships and stakeholder management throughout Fiserv.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement scalable processes for extending our APIs externally
Lead the strategy and execution of a 0-to-1 developer portal, enabling third-parties to integrate into our platform for a more seamless customer experience
Identify and prioritize third-party integrations that deliver the most value to mutual customers, align with business goals, and expand our platform’s capabilities
Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points, surface new integration opportunities, and enhance overall customer usage and satisfaction
Lead agile development ceremonies with your embedded and dedicated engineering and design teams
Collaborate with partnerships, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, seamless integrations from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
What You Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of product management experience
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, Oauth, error handling, etc.
Proven track record of delivering successful third-party integrations
Ability to define and execute an integration strategy that aligns with customer needs and business objectives
Ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver technical solutions
Experience collaborating with external partners, including negotiating priorities, aligning on roadmaps, and driving successful outcomes
Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
What Is Nice To Have
Familiarity with restaurant technology, particularly point-of-sale
Experience working in front-of-house restaurant operations
Clear and impactful communication style and skills
Strong analytical skills
