What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).

Utilize your process improvement and system implementation skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.

Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.

Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.

Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.

Assist in triaging production issues involved with Connected Incentives inquiries / issues

Assist in developing training material, documentation, timelines, etc.
