What you will do:
- Coordinate activities and communications across all Fiserv teams and clients.
- Develop a clear vision and strategy with project teams to align work tracks with business objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans with key milestones and dependencies.
- Implement and manage project governance, including escalation management and communication plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Proactively communicate program progress, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or consulting driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment.
- 3+ years of expertise in utilizing Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly after hours, on-call, and during weekends as needed.
- Proven capacity to travel up to 25% within the United States.
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
What would be great to have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
- 4+ years of experience managing third-party relationships involved in overall implementation projects.
- 4+ years of proven track record in project governance, including developing escalation management and communication plans.
- Strong ability to define program governance, roles, responsibilities, and decision rights within a project.
