The Marketing Cross-Tier Planning Lead will serve as a key member of the Global Marketing Strategy & Enablement team, responsible for coordinating and driving cross-tier marketing initiatives to accelerate marketing goals. This role ensures marketing capabilities are coordinated and optimized through strong cross-functional collaboration, effective project management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage cross-tier workstreams, identifying key components, interdependencies, and shared objectives across teams and tiers.
- Supports the strategic implementation of a cross-tier marketing framework for all vehicle brands and channels (e.g., media, CRM, site, social).
- Create actionable roadmaps for each channel that highlight progress, challenges, and key learnings.
- Own the tracking of workstream milestones, deliverables, and risks, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison to support communication, alignment, and decision-making across marketing and functional teams.
- Monitor and report on the status of cross-tier initiatives, providing data-driven insights to drive action and alignment.
- Build strong relationships across functions to ensure integration of cross-tier strategy within broader marketing goals.
- Lead agenda planning for Marketing Dealer Advisory Board meetings related to enablement objectives.
