Overview
ABM’s AI Implementation team turns cutting-edge data science into real-world impact across our service lines. Reporting to the Director of AI Implementation, the AI Implementation Associate supports every phase of the AI lifecycle—from data exploration and hypothesis design through pilot measurement and long-term performance monitoring. You’ll partner closely with Emerging Tech, the Products, Partnerships & Innovation team, and business-unit stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers measurable value and scales smoothly across ABM’s nationwide footprint.
Pay: $90,0000 – $100,000.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Core Responsibilities
Responsibility: Example Deliverables
| Value Realization & KPI Tracking – Define success metrics, establish baselines, and monitor post-launch performance for each AI solution. | Executive value dashboard; quarterly ROI report |
| AI Strategy & Road-Mapping Support – Conduct market scans, competitive benchmarking, and capability gap analyses to inform the AI roadmap. | Build-vs-buy recommendation brief; quarterly strategy refresh inputs |
| Cross-Functional Coordination – Serve as liaison between Data & Architecture, Compliance, InfoSec, and business units to clear roadblocks and align priorities. | Decision-log tracker; risk-mitigation matrix |
| Change Management & Adoption Enablement – Partner with Learning & Development to craft training plans, job aids, and communications that drive user uptake. | Frontline “quick-start” guide; train-the-trainer session materials |

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive maintenance, generative AI) sufficient to engage technical experts and vendors.
- Exposure to facilities management, logistics, utilities, or similar operational environments.
- Experience with agile or stage-gate innovation frameworks.
- Basic proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling (NPV, payback, sensitivity).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or master’s a plus.
- 2–4 years in strategy, product, technology consulting, or innovation—preferably with exposure to AI or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts, craft value cases, and track KPIs through pilot and scale-up phases.
- Comfortable building executive-ready slides and dashboards (PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau) without writing code.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects that involve data, compliance, and change-management considerations.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and verbal/written storytelling skills.
- Must work a Hybrid schedule Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
