What does a successful Strategic Advisor do at Fiserv?
The Strategic Advisor role is pivotal to the success of both the Raddon division of Fiserv and our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting institution and industry-based research, profitability, segmentation, and product management reports to present results to our clients. You will analyze industry data to help clients adapt and grow in an ever-changing economy and industry, and lead conference calls to review the client's strategic position, marketing goal assessment, and tactical recommendations.
What you will do:
- Analyze and interpret research, profitability, segmentation, and product management reports.
- Present Raddon research and analytical data results to clients onsite and virtually.
- Lead conference calls to review client strategic positions and marketing goals.
- Follow up on recommended tactics to gauge client success and record outcomes.
- Write thought leadership papers for blogs, workshops, and industry publications.
- Establish a good rapport with clients and team members.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in banks, credit unions, or other types of financial institutions.
- Flexibility to work after-hours/on-call/weekends as needed.
- Travel up to 30%.
