What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide contract support for regional purchasing activities.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage goods and services agreements; perform vendor research.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively participate in procurement processes with operations staff.
  • Manage and monitor vendor performance: commitments, delivery, cost, quality.
  • Execute purchasing transactions and monitor them in SAP.
  • Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and appropriateness.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, economic, financial, or business field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and contract management in manufacturing/production or construction preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP - ECC 6.0 MM module and MS Office applications preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
