What does a successful Implementations Senior Professional do at Fiserv?
You will manage client/bank implementations and conversions of all sizes. You will be client facing with merchants, sales as well as bank partners to gather all information/paperwork needed to submit for account boarding and project implementation.
What you will do:
- Develop, coordinate and execute project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure on time and effective project delivery.
- May be responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, projects or component phases of larger programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiency.
- Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
- Interpret and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
- Provide client consultative input on Fiserv product and system features.
- Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving project schedule, risk and issue management, and scope change management.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 3 years of payment processing experience and/or 3 years of prior client facing experience.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Clarity and/or Salesforce.
- Prior implementations experience.
- Prior Project management experience.
