What does a successful Implementations Manager do at Fiserv?
As an Implementations Manager, you will take charge of managing multiple simultaneous projects, overseeing the full lifecycle implementation and execution of large-scale ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) or Payfac clients from initiation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across different departments that are responsible for the different aspects of the project and serve as both the project manager along with the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the program lifecycle. Your leadership will drive to revenue generation for this business segment and enhance client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Develop detailed project plans that encompass timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, to ensure the smooth execution of client projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impede project progress and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement timely mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
- Solid understanding of all Implementation processes and understanding of the ISO and Partner Solutions model.
- Complete Implementation projects while following governance guidelines to ensure project methodology and audit consideration are met.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 4+ years of proven success in delivering successful projects within specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years of experience with client and project management methodologies, including Agile.
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating resources.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or project management.
- Advanced knowledge of CRMs or customer service management.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Clarity or MS Project.
