What does a successful Client Support Specialist do?
To be a successful Client Support Specialist, we need a highly motivated individual, with strong analytical and technical skills, to solve complex application and configuration issues for Fiserv's Integrator Advance clients. You will be responsible for addressing support inquiries on a problem-to-solution level through troubleshooting, collaborating with different teams, managing client expectations, and accurately documenting root cause analysis.
What you will do:
- Respond, investigate, and resolve production application system issues for clients via phone call and tickets, following documented procedures and solutions
- Analyze custom product configurations and settings to enhance product performance or functionality
- Escalate and engage other support groups when necessary to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness
- Accurately and concisely document production support issues for root cause analysis and operational/management reporting
- Prioritize case load based upon client urgency and impact while maintaining client expectations, ensuring a superior client experience
- Onboard new clients while working to upgrade new releases
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent, with relevant experience
- 5+ years of Client Support experience
- Flexibility in work hours, including an on-call rotation
What would be great to have:
- Customer Service experience in a Bank, Credit Union or Financial Institution
- Experience with SQL and SQL servers
- Troubleshooting/Strong problem-solving skills
