Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager
Salary: £95,491 - £119,363 per annum dependent upon experience
Location: Peterborough, UK

About IPSD
IPSD has worldwide responsibility for the design and manufacturing of 0.5L-18L engines as well as worldwide responsibility for sales, support and marketing of industrial engines 0.5-64L and Caterpillar Defense. IPSD products are sustainably manufactured, marketed, sold and supported under the Cat and Perkins brands.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager for our Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) team in Peterborough, UK. This Senior Human Resources Manager role supports two key businesses – Medium Engines and Sales, Marketing, Service & Parts – totaling approximately 4,000 global employees in roles from operations to sales to product development. The position leads approximately 30 HR professionals in the UK, China, Brazil and US. We’re looking for a strong HR leader who can partner with senior business and HR leaders to drive our business strategy and enhance our culture and employee experience.
What You Will Do
Act as a trusted coach, providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
What You Have
Business Acumen: Extensive knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Talent Management: Expert level knowledge of how an organisation attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organisation to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.
