About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant to join our Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation Enablement team. This joint team is focused on igniting the sparks that can lead to scaled growth for Wells Fargo, leveraging relationships with some of the largest global companies and an expertise in cocreation and innovation. This role will work across these teams-and in close collaboration with senior leaders around the bank-to spot strategic problems that need solving, frame up new opportunities, engage internal teams and external partners in exploring solutions, and create tangible paths towards development and scale. This individual will work closely with the Head of the Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation Enablement team, and will help create connection and drive action across initiatives and projects.
In this role, you will:- Working with business and strategy leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify core problems and opportunities, and design initiatives that drive Wells Fargo towards significant growth and differentiation
- Provide direction to leverage the best use of innovation and partnerships capabilities to achieve Wells Fargo's enterprise goals, including the design of programs of work across the teams and business units
- Deeply understand business needs and strategies from lines of business at Wells Fargo, and be able to define the tangible opportunity and way of working with the innovation team to achieve strategic goals
- Expertly leverage the capabilities and expertise of Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation-along with internal stakeholder teams-to enable the development of tangible opportunities for development and deployment
- Work with senior LOB business and strategy leaders to understand needs, identify gaps and opportunities with a partnership and innovation lens, and facilitate the right process while effectively managing stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall strategy and priorities of the Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation teams, and execute/evolve that strategy to meet changing business needs and goals
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - Program management and/or other experience that blends strategy and operations expertise
- Experience at a consulting firm and/or top-tier creative agency
- Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and manage complex projects and programs of work aimed at developing strategies or vision
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services, and the financial services ecosystem, or another highly-regulated and complex industry
- Experience driving transformation efforts at or with a large corporation

- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the San Francisco, Menlo Park, or New York office approximately 3 days a week
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00
