About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a
Business Execution Senior Manager in the
Operational Excellence Team as part of
Commercial Banking Operations.
The role will be responsible for leading a team of execution consultants who are responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Additionally, you will be leading a product.
In this role, you will:Execution Leadership- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Strategy Execution & Business Case Development- Facilitate working sessions, influence without authority, and gain value in on recommendations
- Develop business cases for improvement initiatives, including financial, risk reduction, and experience metrics
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement- Apply Lean Six Sigma and process design techniques to analyze current state, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future state processes
- Lead cross functional workshops to uncover pain points, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Translate process improvements into tangible savings and measurable outcomes
Product Management- Serve as product manager for collateral product team, collaborating with operations leaders & technology to translate use needs into functional specifications
- Manage backlog, prioritize features and ensure delivery of scalable, sustainable solutions
- Lead UAT and ensure end to end product readiness, adoption and impact measurement
- Ensure compliance with all Enterprise Change Management polices
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Commercial/Wholesale Banking experience
- Collateral and/or Trade experience
- Product Management experience
- Transformation experience
- Six Sigma Certification
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
