What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the fly ash recycling plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet production and delivery targets.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards.
Analyze operational data to optimize plant performance and reduce costs.
