What You'll Be Doing
Partner with managers to support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning - working with and close to the hourly CBA union employees
Facilitate onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
Support HR programs including benefits, compensation, and engagement activities; previous or current union (CBA) experience preferred
Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
What Are We Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in HR systems and databases; Workday preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture - some travel between locations (NJ, Camden/Sparta and Hamburg PA)
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment with occasional visits to operational sites. It requires both independent work and collaboration across departments. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.
