Sr Associate, Quality Assurance Engineering (3-6 years of experience):
-This position requires working closely with the Business Unit (BU) to understand the requirements,
-Prepare Test Scenarios, Test cases/Test Scripts and Execute the Test cases/Test Scripts
-Scripting and executing the Automation Pipelines
-Should be capable to support Go-Live and Post-Production events.
What does a successful Tester do?
A successful Tester review software requirements and technical specifications to understand what the software is supposed to do. Design test plans and write test cases that cover all aspects of the application, including functionality, performance, and usability. Run manual or automated tests to check if the software behaves correctly under various conditions. Document any issues or bugs found during testing and report them to the development team with clear steps to reproduce.
What you will do

What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent field, or relevant work experience.
-3-6 years of experience in software testing
-Basic SQL & Product Installation knowledge
-Experience in Automation (Java and Selenium) Required Skills
-Good knowledge of SDLC and QA practices and Hands-on exposure
-Exposure to Online Banking Domain
-Hands-on in functional, regression, Automation Testing
-Exposure to QA tools (Bug Tracking, Test Management, Script Management, etc)
-Experience on creating test cases, test scripts and execute them
-Exposure to Metrics (Defect, Test Execution), status reports and exit reports
What would be great to have
- Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium).
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Selenium/Java.
- Prior exposure to Agile or DevOps practices within a testing environment.
- Understanding of the Payments and Banking domain.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a skill for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
