What does a successful Product Implementation Technical Support Specialist do at Fiserv?
You will be part of our Merchant Solutions Risk & Fraud engineering group. You will join an organization responsible for mission critical platforms that support Fiserv reduce financial risk. We build and support highly scalable, available, and best performing tools for risk management process providing opportunity to monitor and manage merchant portfolio. We build and support tools to onboard new clients and perform compliance & risk screening and monitor for card & merchant related fraud scenarios.
This demanding environment will require you to be an enthusiastic, critical and analytical person who can balance platform stability and resiliency along with modern engineering practices and solutions, so therefore you will have excellent analytical and communication skills.
What you will do:
- Act as Implementation Specialist for Risk Tools, providing hands on training to users
- Support incident management and be product SME
- Provide technical support for applications and de-bug issues as needed
- Communicate with application support and developers to triage and provide resolutions to clients
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in triaging technical issues by diagnosing AWS Cloud Watch, Splunk and application logs
- 6+ years of experience in programming in Snowflake, Java & Oracle/PostGres databases
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience in payments/financial domain
- Understanding of Payment Landscape within Credit Risk functions
- Understanding of ITIL support process
- Understanding of Release Management
