What does a successful Client Solutions Consultant do at Fiserv?As a Client Solutions Consultant at Fiserv, you will engage with Sales Executives and product line resources to strengthen our external product positioning and drive sales. You will work closely with your director to ensure high-energy presentations that demonstrate the advantages of choosing Fiserv. Your role will involve collaboration across various departments to address client needs and queries efficiently.
What you will do:
- Tailor and lead product demonstrations, including pre- and post-work sessions, for prospective credit unions.
- Lead product demonstrations for existing clients during competitive renewals.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of Fiserv product lines and future enhancements.
- Collaborate intra- and interdepartmentally to address new and existing client queries.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team's success.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Extensive experience with Fiserv DNA or relevant demonstration experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering high-energy presentations and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 6+ years of experience engaging with clients and Fiserv associates with accountability to high personal standards.
- Proven experience working and collaborating across business units or teams.
- 6+ years of experience utilizing independent judgment to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Strong work ethic and well-developed sense of personal integrity.
