What does a successful Intake Coordinator do at Fiserv?
As an Intake Coordinator, you will collaborate among multiple teams to execute policies and processes for portfolio execution across a $1B line of business within Output Solutions. You will oversee and prioritize over 2,000 projects, develop and provide key metrics, and contribute to the refinement of policies, ensuring the successful execution of investments across the plastics and print line of business.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with product owners, service teams, sales, technology owners, and business implementation teams to establish and prioritize investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own the oversight, reporting, capacity, and prioritization of ongoing projects within the Output Solutions line of business, maintaining clear visibility and control over each project’s status.
- Develop and provide key metrics around processes and contribute to the ongoing refinement of policies and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Integrate information between various tools to streamline operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is available for decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams to drive project success and organizational alignment.
- Respond flexibly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating agility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis using tools such as Office and Power BI.
- 2+ years of experience in portfolio management.
- 2+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
