About your role:
As the Senior Vice President, Solutions Consulting at Fiserv, you will lead and oversee a high-performing team focused on providing strategic sales support functions for our sales and relationship teams, with a keen focus on driving revenue and retaining existing clients. You will play a critical role in accelerating the sales process, ensuring a seamless handoff to implementation teams, and driving client satisfaction and speed to market.

What you'll do:
- Lead a team of Solutions Consultants in delivering impactful sales support functions for Merchant Solutions clients, ranging from large enterprise clients to SMBs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and relationship teams to tailor solutions to meet both new and existing client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Advise on and support the sales pursuit activities with the development and execution of high-quality presentations, proposals, and solutions for prospective clients and new business.
- Working closely with the sales teams, lead the gathering of business requirements, executing due diligence and creating process flows, with an emphasis on speed to revenue.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
- Implement sales process optimizations to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and elevate client experiences.
- Act as a key liaison between Solution Consulting, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Manage escalated client situations with professionalism, agility, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 15+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Support, or a related leadership role
- Proven track record of driving success in sales support functions and managing high-performing teams
- Track record of innovative and creative solutions to drive revenue and improve speed to revenue
- Expertise in sales strategy development, client engagement, and solution delivery
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive results
- Highly technical skillset
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in merchant acquiring
- Experience and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric focus
- Experience with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and process optimization
- Experience leading teams in a global, cross-functional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Master's degree
- Extensive prior payments and engineering experience
Travel:
- Approximately 25%travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
