The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Culture Integration and Operations Specialist to join our team!
This role will serve as an internal consultant, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence across our organization. The position combines deep expertise in organizational culture with operational acumen to ensure our company values are embedded in every process, system, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between leadership vision and day-to-day operations, creating sustainable cultural change through systematic approaches.

Position Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to translate company values and behaviors into actionable operational frameworks
Implement priority actions from the Culture Working Group and oversee the Culture Stakeholder Integration team to ensure alignment with the enterprise culture change strategy, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Partner with Culture Stakeholder Integration team and Human Resources Business Partners on enterprise and HR-owned structures, systems, and processes to embed culture, values and behaviors; report out enterprise and regional Key Performance Indicators (KPI); evaluate and iterate on strategies and action plans (each specialist assigned)
Collaborate with Regional and Site Employee Engagement teams to deploy enterprise programs that support targeted action planning for local culture change, while partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and iterate on strategies and action plans, including annual recommitment activities to culture and values.
Create and maintain cultural measurement systems, including employee engagement metrics and cultural health indicators
Lead cross-functional culture initiatives and serve as the primary culture champion across departments
Facilitate culture-focused workshops, team sessions, and leadership development programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on sensitive cultural and operational matters
Optimize people operations processes to reflect and reinforce company culture
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to align policies with cultural objectives
Develop and maintain culture-related documentation, playbooks, and best practices
Lead or support culture-related change management initiatives
Establish KPIs and metrics to track cultural health and integration success
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Implement feedback loops to continuously refine cultural programs and initiatives
Benchmark against industry best practices and emerging culture trends
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, HR operations and/or management consulting
5+ years of experience in internal and/or external consulting with demonstrated problem-solving and advisory skills
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience in change management as it relates to culture change
3+ years of experience with data analytics and metric development
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
Professional certifications in change management, culture assessment, or coaching
Experience with culture assessment tools and employee engagement platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $113,900 - $177,100
