The Crisis Management (CM) Incident & Technology Management Analyst II is a member of the Crisis Management & Business Continuity (CMBC) team and will support the CM Incident & Technology Management function in developing, documenting, and executing incident response/crisis management processes and supporting CMBC’s use of threat and asset monitoring, emergency notification, and planning/response management tools. This role will actively participate in incident response to mitigate business disruption and will report to the Manager of Incident & Technology Management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and innovative, has experience in day-to-day monitoring and incident response, situation reporting, risk assessment, and can build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders—internal and external.
