What does a great Client Relationship Specialist do at Fiserv?
Fiserv has a Client Relationship Specialist position open within the Card Services organization for the Credit Choice agent banking product. Credit Choice is our fully managed card program enabling clients to deliver a high-touch credit experience showcasing their brand to consumers and businesses without the expenses associated with direct issuing.
Once the contract is finalized with the sales team, the Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for overseeing quality implementation and providing program support for their assigned clients. This role involves coordinating with relevant teams to ensure a successful launch and educating clients on program operations. Additionally, the Client Relationship Specialist works to develop a deep understanding of the client's program objectives, supports portfolio growth, and helps minimize program attrition.
What will you do:
- Guide clients from contract execution to program implementation
- Develop and manage relationship with the credit card program manager through frequent client touchpoints to help carry out their program goals
- Facilitate and lead sessions for program education and updates
- Understand the client’s pain points to influence and work cross-functionally with internal Fiserv teams to improve client satisfaction
- Help clients grow their portfolio by promoting participation in marketing campaigns
- Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Banking experience
- Client facing experience within a high demand business
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision towards the achievement of personal and departmental goals
