What you will do:
- Develop and maintain reusable, modular, and scalable UI components using React and Next.js, supporting web personalization, and enabling website creation across multiple business verticals, including Retail, Services, and Restaurants. Your work will directly impact the scalability, performance, and future-readiness of our digital customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing using Next.js for optimized performance and SEO.
- Ensure high-quality output through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to secure coding practices.
- Monitor and optimize application performance using tools such as Web Vitals, Lighthouse, or equivalent observability platforms.
- Contribute to our shared component libraries and internal development standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend software development.
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including modern styling libraries such as Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data management.
- Working knowledge of source control systems such as Git and experience with CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with modern state management libraries (e.g., React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
- Exposure to observability and error-tracking tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry).
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Prior experience in a high-scale production environment serving enterprise customers.
- Understanding of SEO optimization, performance tuning, and Core Web Vitals.
