You will be the Senior Financial Management professional for the THAAD Localization team. Our team is responsible for supporting the financial activities of the THAAD Localization program, ensuring the delivery of commitments to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Financial Management professional, you will be responsible for performing diverse financial functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing financial analysis and variance analysis
• Establishing performance management budgeting and forecasting
• Developing mitigation plans for risks and opportunities
• Consolidating financial results and reporting to internal customers
• Utilizing data analytics and visualization to inform financial strategy
• Providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related discipline with 5+ years of professional experience; or 3+ years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Financial modeling and analysis: Ability to build and maintain complex financial models, perform financial analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Desired Skills:
Financial planning and budgeting: Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Data analysis and visualization: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Communication and presentation: Ability to effectively communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders, including senior management, through clear and concise presentations and reports.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
