Description:Production Control Asc ManagerLocation: Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Production Control Associate Manager supporting the F-16 program in Greenville, SC, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving the planning, scheduling, and material flow necessary to keep aircraft production moving forward. This role is critical to ensuring that production milestones are met on time and within scope, while continuously improving efficiency and performance. You will collaborate across production, supply chain, and program leadership to implement strategic initiatives, resolve challenges, and ensure your team is equipped for success. Key Responsibilities- Oversee strategic planning and daily execution of material and scheduling activities to keep the production line running efficiently.
- Manage core Production Control functions—business process management, data analysis, and process improvement—to enhance overall performance.
- Mentor and develop your team, promoting training, knowledge-sharing, and long-term professional growth
- Identify risks related to cost, tools, materials, and schedules, and implement smart mitigation strategies.
- Develop and share key performance metrics to monitor efficiency, flag potential issues, and drive results.
- Support the development of program-level strategies and help shape production practices that lead to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with teams across production, supply chain, and leadership to align operations and achieve program goals.

• Experience cost, schedule, &/or technical data reporting results to various levels of leadership, internal, and external.

*Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 7 years of professional experience, 4 years of professional experience with a Masters degree, or 10 years experience without a Bachelors degree

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
