The 777X Business Operations team is seeking a Project Planner Scheduler (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team in Everett, WA, building schedules for Airplane Systems, Airplane-Level Integration, or Customer Introduction.
This is a dynamic and exciting position with many opportunities for learning and growth. The 777X Scheduling team supports multiple models of the 777 family of airplanes in all stages of the development lifecycle. This position will support building, analyzing, and maintaining the integrated schedules that take us from initial engineering release through certification and delivery of airplanes to customers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain complex schedules.
- Produce metrics for plans and schedules across the lifecycle of airplane development.
- Perform studies/scenario analysis and planning efforts that often stretch across groups and disciplines.
- Work with customers to develop performance recovery plans and implement recovery plans where appropriate.
- Communicate and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, balancing the needs and priorities of each to accomplish project goals.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- General understanding of Project Management Fundamentals.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Knowledge of airplane product development lifecycle or other previous aerospace experience.
- Experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP), MS Project, and/or Milestones Professional

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 2 $73,950-$100,050
Level 3 $93,500-$126,500
