This extraordinary leader will partner with the People Team & Business leaders to design and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business objectives. Responsibilities include delivering talent sourcing and recruiting services to key C&W business units; partnering closely with business unit HR Leaders to develop innovative staffing solutions; supporting workforce plans at the enterprise level; defining strategic sourcing plans to identify best in class talent; integrating analytics to guide talent sourcing strategies; managing the talent supply chain including internal and external sourcing channels; ensuring high performance of teams by hiring and developing skilled talent; monitoring compliance with employee-related legislation and policies; participating in HR initiatives globally; focusing on business growth and employee engagement; innovating sourcing and selection processes. Qualifications include BA/BS required, 7+ years of talent sourcing and recruiting leadership in complex global organizations, 5+ years managing teams, ability to translate business strategies into workforce initiatives, strong collaboration, leadership, decisiveness, recruitment process management, and strong organizational and communication skills.
