We are seeking a Storage and Backup Operations Engineer within Ally's enterprise platform services space to execute the activities of IT Storage and Backup Operations including maintenance release planning, storage capacity planning, production system readiness and audit.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute day-one to an automation and engineering-focused organization. The contributions will have a noticeable impact on Ally’s Enterprise storage platforms and will be involved in efforts for continuous improvement to increase and ensure the reliability of Ally’s private and public cloud. The Storage and Backup Operations Engineer will get broad exposure to our private cloud and help drive new solutions and technologies within AWS.
