About your role:
You will be an IT Service Desk Engineer supporting Finxact by Fiserv providing support to our information technology systems as well as top class end user support. You will also assist in keeping our company up to speed with best practices in IT standards and guidelines, while managing and troubleshooting IT systems.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and support the Finxact ITSD function
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and other cloud directory services
- Receive, triage, document, and resolve help desk support tickets in a timely manner and document all projects and tickets in service ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Provide AV and executive level support for the Jacksonville HQ Office
- Assist with employee/contractor onboarding including establishing accounts, configuring systems, and onboarding documentation; manage the client asset request process including computer acquisition, standard build image, and deployment
- Diagnose software and hardware issues on PC, Mac, and Linux systems; assist in fleet management and software management
- Manage the Jumpcloud Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO) and assist in managing and troubleshooting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Virtual Machines (VM)

Experience you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk engineering
- 3+ years configuring productivity tools and software enterprise environments
- 3+ years of experience diagnosing and assisting in office hardware issues, including printers, monitors and network equipment
- Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
- Strong understanding of cloud enterprise applications and management
- Familiar of IT security and network risks and security best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in network administration, information technology, computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- MCSE, ACSP, CompTIA A+, Security+, Okta Certified Professional or similar certifications
