What does a successful Client Sucess Manager, Carat Products do at Fiserv?
You will be a responsible for the success of enabling our Carat FX products for large, global Enterprise clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption and continued optimization of our FX products and portfolio.
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end Client Success for Carat FX Solutions, including the successful deployment of new Carat FX Solutions and ongoing merchant performance optimization following deployment.
- Work directly with clients and 3rd parties to create, manage, and deliver an integration project to activate a new Carat FX Solutions.
- During Client integration, work with Fiserv teams to support client discovery, scope definition, project tracking, boarding, and go-live.
- Provide regular management reporting on the status of integration and portfolio growth.
- Follow go-live, work with the client to ensure the activation of FX Solutions
- Coordinating, supporting, and/or delivering ongoing product trainings, client QBRs, ROIs, and other periodic interactions with the clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize merchant performance and drive revenue growth for the clients.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 2 years of experience in Product Management or Project Manager.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a program or project environment.
- Experience working with medium to large corporations as clients.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools.
- Experience with SharePoint
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in the payments industry, especially merchant acquiring for large Enterprise clients.
- Prior experience with FX payment products.
- PMP certification
