What does a successful Recruiting Coordinator at Fiserv do?As a Recruiting Coordinator at Fiserv, you will play an integral role in supporting the recruiting function and contribute to the overall success of the team. You will deliver a high level of client advocacy, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. By developing an understanding of Fiserv's recruiting processes, you help ensure a seamless hiring experience, complying with government regulations and company policies.
What you will do:
- Schedule complex interviews, liaising and negotiating with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and executive assistants to secure interview days, times, and logistics.
- Manage and find solutions for unexpected, last-minute schedule changes.
- Facilitate candidate onsite experience and maintain a positive “candidate experience”.
- Prepare offer letters, relocation forms, referral bonus requests, and other recruiting correspondence.
- Initiate and manage background checks.
- Work in recruiting systems and tools, tracking recruiting activities and providing status updates and reporting. Utilize the Workday system.
What you will need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role, project/program coordination, or a role involving scheduling.
- High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Fintech industry.
- Experience with Workday or other Recruiting Systems.
