About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the
Head of Asset Management Sponsorships and Engagement. In this role you will lead the advisor training and education program, and partner closely with the relationship management team in meetings and events to identify meaningful opportunities for partner engagement and training.
In this role, you will:- Lead and Manage the Wells Fargo Advisors Training and Education Program. Partner with Relationship Management Team and Meetings and Event to identify opportunities for Partner Engagement and Training Opportunities
- Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
- Participate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary market
- Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
- Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 7+ years of leadership experience in asset or wealth management, with a strong focus on advisor engagement, or strategic partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of investment management products, distribution channels, and advisor engagement strategies.
- Proven track record in building and executing successful sponsorships, advisor training programs, and partner-facing events.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
