As a member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub, the Design Manager is responsible for planning, producing, and overseeing the creative strategy, implementation, and processes for a Capital Markets Graphic Design team. This position leads the Graphic Design team and collaborates with the broader Marketing team to execute strategic vision and to provide timely, consistent, and high-quality design work for our Brokerage Teams and Investor Clients. We are looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated team member who brings strong design aesthetic, experienced leadership, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment. Responsibilities include working with Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub Marketing Managers to develop and implement best practices to support operational excellence and build a marketing model that delivers exceptional results; overseeing the Graphic Designer Team as a people manager and creative lead; designing and formatting bespoke marketing materials; translating complex ideas and data into simple, easy to understand design materials; collaborating with Brokerage Teams, Investor Clients, Hub Team Lead, Marketing team, and Graphic Design team; serving as liaison to 3rd party design and print vendors; reviewing creative output to ensure communication of critical messages and key value propositions; managing internal workflow and prioritizing workload; communicating with Marketing team on priorities and deadlines; providing training and mentorship; encouraging creativity and best practices; demonstrating high level of creative development and production skill; monitoring and enforcing corporate design standards; and developing strong ties with colleagues nationally. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of senior-level design experience, preferably in-house corporate design and Commercial Real Estate sector experience, advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, familiarity with project management tools, strong independent work capability, leadership experience, business acumen, project management knowledge, strong time management and organizational skills, and a self-motivated approach.
