About the Team
The AV & Events CXC Support Specialist, End User Services, will join our Business Technology (BT) organization. The AV & Events Team is the invisible force behind the technology involved for seamless and immersive experiences at Workday's state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center (CXC). We are a dedicated group of technical experts and event professionals who are passionate about showcasing the power of Workday's innovative products. Our mission is to create unforgettable, high-impact engagements that leave a lasting impression on our customers, prospects, and partners.
About the Role
In the CXC, we provide the technical foundation for executive briefings, product demonstrations, and a wide array of other high-stakes events. We use technology to bring the Workday platform to life. Our work directly influences the growth and success of the company by ensuring every presentation and interaction is flawless and impactful. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AV professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, setup, and execution of all technical aspects of events within the CXC. This includes operating our audio-visual systems, collaborating with event coordinators and presenters, and providing real-time support to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Job Duties:
Support AV services for events and meetings onsite and virtually.
Support Workmates on applications and collaboration tools within the environment including but not limited to Outlook, Google, Slack, RSA, Okta, Zoom on MAC and Windows OS.
Perform break-fix resolutions for AV software and/or hardware.
LED Wall Maintenance: Replace LED panels and power supplies on Unilumen DvLED walls to ensure optimal display performance.
Conduct thorough room sign-offs to verify that AV systems are functioning correctly and meet established standards.
Q-SYS Support: Monitor and troubleshoot the Q-SYS Reflect System to maintain audio and control system functionality.
CXC System Management: Manage and maintain the CXC Cloud Cover Music and BGM System and CXC Monitoring Camera System.
Advanced Technology Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of CXC technologies, including Q-SYS functionality, ACPR, Multitaction, Samsung Video Wall Operation, and Digital Signage Operation.
Support training room technology onsite which includes Chrome boxes hardware and connecting through VDI (Virtual Desktop) and AV technology.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including digital authentication, remote access, secure Wi-Fi, and wired connectivity to the internal network.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of AV experience in a fast-paced Corporate Executive Briefing Center (EBC), Customer Experience Center (CXC), or live event environment.
5+ years of experience with integrated AV systems, including control (Crestron/Q-SYS), digital audio consoles, and video switching technology.
5+ years of experience in C-suite executive support and high-stakes client presentations.
5+ years of expertise in managing hybrid event technology, including professional integration of Zoom/Teams and live streaming platforms.
Other Qualifications:
Exceptional problem-solving skills and professional composure under high-pressure, live-event conditions.
A proactive, meticulous approach with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, or Crestron preferred
Experience with networked AV over IP (AVoIP) and DMX lighting control is a plus.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
