Fiserv's rapidly growing Corporate Enterprise segment is a key focus, receiving significant investment. This role is crucial for supporting our Sales and Relationship Management teams, directly driving substantial growth. You'll gain high visibility, collaborating with leadership across Sales/RM, Product, and Operations to shape critical decisions and initiatives. What you will do:

Program Management: Lead and manage multiple initiatives from charter development to outcome reporting, ensuring accountability and timely execution.

Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key KPIs, including sales performance, revenue, expenses, and pipeline, to provide clear business insights.

Presentation Development: Craft compelling visual and narrative presentations for various audiences, including MBRs, Management Committee updates, and client pitches, ensuring consistent messaging.

Key Metrics: Revenue/margin growth, operational efficiency gains, sales output, speed to revenue, cost reduction.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 3-5 years of strategy-related experience, preferably in a management consulting firm, with an emphasis on business growth strategy

Experience with PowerPoint and Excel, including strategy and financial presentation development

Understanding and knowledge of business financial practices and accounting

Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting

Ability to lead and motivate and drive cross-functional teams

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels

Location & Travel Required:

Role is based at 1 Broadway in New York City or Berkeley Heights NJ

5 days/week in the office

10-20% travel
