Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Flint Assembly on a full-time basis.
The Role:
The Maintenance Business Manager will oversee a small to medium group of salaried maintenance Group Leaders and Skilled Trades Team Members. The Maintenance Business Manager will lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems. This position will require the selected candidate to work 2nd shift typically Monday to Saturday with additional over-time required on an as needed basis.

Conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicates evaluation of results

Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions, recommends solutions to problems, and meets schedule and quality requirements
