About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business Solutions & Enablement (BSE) team, supporting the execution of CIB Lending Transformation initiatives in driving the implementation of a simplified operating model aligned with technology, process and partner transformation.
In this role, you will:- Work with impacted areas to understand complex problems. Focus on bringing issues and risks to resolution; identifying solutions and developing clear options and recommendations that drive decision making.
- Lead the identification and build-out of key products, processes and capabilities for CIB Lending lines of business, with particular emphasis on data, internal processes, applications and regulatory requirements
- Lead projects/workstreams with responsibility for performing analysis, creating deliverables and meeting timelines to implement CIB's operating model transformation solutions
- Lead the development and management of project plans, status & reporting, dependencies, issues, and risks partnering with the Business, Technology and other key stakeholders on the planning, execution and management of the initiative
- Use problem solving and analytical skills to develop approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, projects, etc.) to solve complex issues
- Lead and influence other project resources business stakeholders and partner teams to provide requirements, make decisions and create deliverables needed for successful delivery
- Proactively engage and partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and other key stakeholders to define prioritization and drive the execution of strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation to transition to BAU
- Drive decision making and issue resolution in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of corporate lending products
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap of strategic capabilities and product build-out considering business strategy and regulatory environment
Required Qualifications, US:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Banking/Lending, consulting, program/project management of large-scale complex and strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, within a "Big 5" consultancy or lending financial institution
Desired Qualifications:- Subject matter expertise in the lending & credit lifecycle - including but not limited to pitch, underwriting, credit approval, booking and funding, servicing, and portfolio management
- Ability to lead cross functional area initiatives and delivery teams in a matrix management environment, including multiple technology and business teams
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, effectively resolving issues and conflicts as they arise
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
- Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies, including Agile
- Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project participants
- Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment with high risk and complexity
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Job Expectations:- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
