What does a Senior Business Analyst do?
You will support our in-house developed authorization application GANS. This is an authorization and routing application that supports acquiring including Swiss network operation, issuing and cross-border debit and CoBadge business for various customers. The brands MC, VISA, JCB, Diners and UP are supported with their respective protocols and the required cryptography.
What you will do?
- Create of requirements concepts based on agile methodology
- Plan implementations
- Support the conversion of the SDLC from Waterfall to Agile
- Ensure timely implementation of all projects and other requirements
- Take on various administrative tasks
- Collaborate successfully with clients/customers and all departments involved
- Compliance with the guidelines and procedures of the software development process
- Active incident managemen and 2nd level readiness for the system on a regular team basis.
What you will need to have:
- Degree in computer science
- Knowledge of the SDLC process (waterfall and agile)
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and C++
- Know-how and handling of a relational database
- Excellent knowledge of German and very good written and spoken English skills
- Complex and analytical thinking skills along with distinct target-oriented systematic approach
- Independent, goal- and solution-oriented approach
- High level of commitment, resilience and initiative along with team and partner orientation.

Der Sr Business Analyst (m/w/d) unterstützt unsere eigen entwickelte Autorisierungsapplikation GANS. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Autorisierungs- und Routing-Applikation (realtime), die sowohl das Acquiring inkl. Schweizer Netzbetrieb, Issuing und CrossBorder-Debit und CoBadge-Geschäft für diverse Kunden unterstützt. Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Anforderungskonzepten unter Zugrundelegung agiler Methodik
- Planung der Implementierung
- Unterstützung der Umstellung des SDLC von Wasserfall auf Agile/Scrum
- Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Implementierung aller Projekte und sonstigen Anforderungen
- Übernahme von diversen administrativen Aufgaben
- Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern/Kunden und allen beteiligten Bereichen
- Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Verfahren des Software-Entwicklungsprozesses
- Aktives Incident Management
- Übernahme der 2nd Level Bereitschaft für das System im regelmäßigen Teamturnus
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium
- Knowledge des SDLC-Prozesses (Wasserfall und agil)
- Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung und C++
- Knowhow und Umgang mit einer relationalen Datenbank
- Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Komplexes und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägte zielgerichtete Systematik
- Selbständiges ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
