This role is more than just moving materials—it’s about being part of a tight-knit team that works hard, takes pride in doing things the right way, and celebrates each other’s wins. If you bring a “can-do” attitude, show up on time, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, we’ll train you, support you, and give you room to advance.
What You’ll Do:
Safely stock and organize roofing materials in the warehouse
Load/unload inventory from delivery trucks using forklifts and other equipment
Pull materials for customer pickups and prepare orders for delivery
Verify incoming and outgoing product counts and ensure accuracy
Rotate inventory and properly handle damaged or returned materials
Work as part of a close team that supports each other daily
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Positive, trainable attitude and a team-first mentality
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly and stay active throughout the day
Forklift experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train and certify the right candidate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math and communication skills for inventory tracking and safety
Dependable, punctual, and ready to grow with us
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
