What does a successful Sales Executive Cash Flow Sales do? At Fiserv, the Sales Executive - CashFlow Central works within the ePayments sales team and partners strategically with our clients to ensure they meet their goals. By developing and integrating new capabilities, the role remains dynamic and challenging. This position provides an avenue for problem-solvers to thrive, offering strategic and operational support to our clients. You will also drive resolutions, support the sales of add-on products and services, and illustrate the value of our partnership through data like ROI and program performance updates.
What you will do:
- Manage the operational requirements of the ePayments client base to ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services.
- Oversee the delivery of contracted services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Develop operational relationships with clients, contributing to client satisfaction with service delivery through regular contact and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements between Fiserv and clients, including cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver operational account reviews and performance reports.
- Participate in implementations to ensure on-time delivery of services that meet client requirements by coordinating matrix team resources.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise on day-to-day client needs.
- Recommend changes in procedures and scope of delivery to improve service.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in customer support.
- 6+ years of experience selling into financial services industry (Community Bank or Credit Unions)
- 6+ years of experience in delivering operational excellence and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 60%.
What would be great to have:
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 8+ years of experience with ePayments and associated technologies.
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.
- 9+ years of experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
