In this role, you will:- Refine the strategic and durable vision of Wells Fargo's enterprise brand strategy
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to extract key insights
- Distill key insights into engaging narratives that connect with both B2C and B2B audiences
- Refine brand framework to align with brand strategy, visual identity, messaging and tone
- Promote brand integrity across all brand and marketing touchpoints
- Drive the implementation of brand strategy to create best-in-class deliverables and customer experiences
- Conduct market research and competitive brand audits to stay ahead of trends
- Measure and analyze the performance of brand initiatives on business growth and brand perception
- Develop Brand Performance Scorecards to track brand health and campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience developing foundational brand strategy for world-class brands
- Experience developing brand architecture at an agency or Fortune 500 company
- Experience translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and brand perception
- Experience developing persuasive presentations with MS PowerPoint
- Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external stakeholders
- Experience navigating brand strategy implications across the breadth of the company's current and future customer experience
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences senior decision makers
