The Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating and supporting the successful consolidation and move of a manufacturing facility. This role entails working closely with the overall move Program Manager, design engineering, and the Manufacturing move team to ensure seamless execution of the project. Responsibilities include leveraging extensive experience and sound judgment to strategically plan and accomplish objectives, preparing comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project statuses, maintaining familiarity with various engineering, project management, and manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures, executing tasks with quality and timeliness, establishing and sustaining effective working relationships across teams, utilizing strong organizational navigation skills to facilitate progress and drive results, upholding the organization’s values by promptly escalating issues to the appropriate managers for resolution, sharing best practices across teams, serving as a brand advocate, mentoring others to foster a supportive work environment, and building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues or concerns. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (Electro-Mechanical), 10+ years of professional experience in electronic product design and manufacturing within a manufacturing context, 8+ years of experience in project management, proven track record of successfully managing complex projects to completion, capacity to navigate ambiguity and manage change effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel, exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong conflict management and critical thinking skills, familiarity with PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®), meticulous attention to detail and technical accuracy, outstanding organizational and technical competencies, effective interpersonal and multitasking skills, and willingness to travel 15-20%. Preferred qualification is Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
