As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Smart Buildings Account Sales Executive responsible for selling Johnson Controls BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. The role involves promoting the Johnson Controls value proposition to the construction community by providing business and technical solutions, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The executive will sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, build partnerships with decision-makers in the construction community, and use technical and business expertise to match solutions to customer needs. The position requires active prospecting, understanding customer business cycles, and differentiating Johnson Controls products and services from competitors. The executive acts as the customer's advocate within Johnson Controls, ensuring the best value and customer training on system operation. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or at least 4 years relevant experience in Building Systems, and at least 3 years of experience selling HVAC or building automation systems. The candidate must demonstrate integrity, quality, initiative, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to influence the market.
