In this role, you will:- Lead and execute strategic initiatives related to GPL financial crimes risk
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with risk, compliance, legal, control, and operations to ensure alignment with enterprise financial crimes policies and regulatory expectations
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reporting to communicate risk trends, program performance, and strategic priorities.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Navigate and resolve complex, ambiguous issues by applying sound judgment, structured thinking, and a deep understanding of financial crimes risk.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of GPL products and services
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating initiative and accountability in driving deliverables and influencing outcomes across the organization.
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced team members within the group
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in financial crimes risk management, particularly in global payments, treasury management, or wholesale banking
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and industry best practices related to AML
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills using PPT or other similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enterprise experience within financial services, banking, or high-level consulting experience
- Product Risk, Controls, Governance experience

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
