Overview
Job Summary Details: The Maintenance position is located in Wyncote, PA and will provide direct support to the Facility Manager to ensure all store locations are fully operational and prepared for daily business activities. This includes Managing maintenance and technical response to work orders including resolution of daily break/fix issues, advanced troubleshooting, and coordinating the assignment of work orders across the plaza facilities.
Additionally, communication and coordination with Facility Manager and tenants including active participation in store meetings, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting administrative tasks such as procurement of parts and scheduling of maintenance-related meetings. Other work orders include, painting, cleaning, power washing, repairing equipment and inspections of faciality for safety.
3+ years of maintenance or handy man work is required. - This is located in Wyncote, PA.
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide two valid forms of ID for employment.
